Hi, I'm Cass!
I'm a cake artist and pastry chef based in Adelaide, South Australia.
I've been a passionate baker and artist for most of my life. In 2024, I decided to combine these passions and pursue them professionally, by obtaining my qualification in patisserie and starting my own business.
At Cass Creates, I love to make bespoke desserts that showcase my creativity through unique designs and flavours. Each creation is carefully handcrafted using seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
As a foodie at heart, I believe in making every dessert I create truly delicious and balanced in taste/texture, as well as visually captivating. I'm also committed to using low impact, sustainable practices wherever I can in my operations.
